We're looking for an individual who is motivated to empower our customers find solutions to their challenges with creativity and business acumen. In this position you will partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences that result in growth.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Hold a trusted advisor relationship with the customer senior executives.
  • Build success milestones that make up the customer’s path toward their desired outcome (which can be solved by our products and services); and the level of engagement required from our side to help them reach the success milestone.
  • Work with our automation teams to design, deploy automation of the appropriate customer experience.
  • Maintain and execute on explicit quarterly, annual and 3-year goals with customers ensuring a successful customer lifetime value.
  • Sweat the small stuff. This role is best positioned to find small changes that make a big difference to customers. You will be expected to bring these opportunities to the attention of Service Managers.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in business consulting or consultative selling, working with business decision makers.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).
  • A firm grasp on how business works
  • Strong technical skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a board-level conversation.
  • A strong love for learning and teaching: you get excited when you learn something that will help you help someone achieve their goals.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re a customer advocate but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Commitment to getting better every day.
  • Problem solving with curiosity and creativity.
