We’re an IT services company which was founded in 1988 by Warwick Eade, who started the business straight out of university.

We’re all about action and not endless meetings. Lancom also believes in client empowerment: we work with you to drive improved understanding of IT services, as we believe the more you know, the better you can take advantage of the possibilities.

That’s why we’re happy to help you to retain control of the bits you want to do yourself.

We don’t just deliver services based on the solutions of global vendors (though we certainly do that!) We also write custom software of our own which helps you stand out from the crowd.

As a partner-centric company, we build lasting relationships – with our suppliers and our clients. The better we understand your business, the better we can help you innovate with IT.We’re also clear on what we’re good at – and what falls outside of our experience. That means we’ll happily refer you to the best solution provider if it isn’t us.
