These services are specified in the agreement but broadly can be described as the things that we do day in/day out at all of our customers.

The other work we do is non standard and will be charged on an hourly basis. This is usually installing new systems or working on the line-of-business system or someone other system special to you

if there is a dispute over whether work should have been charged for or should have come under the set fee the following happens:

We discuss the matter at the monthly meeting following the work and, if there still is a dispute, the work comes under the agreement and we won't charge for it
